In the event of an emergency...

To round up our unit about Disaster in 5°EPO, we have dealt with some collaborative task today.
Each team had to be ready to keep making some comic strips about that topic, but making sure they did not delete what their classmates had already written.

Technology.4°EPO

Since we are involved in a 21st century approach to technology, isn't it crucial to go back in time to when it all started?
Kids in 4° will be focused on several devices to the extent to carry out four separate tasks about their own 'rendition', let's say, of them.
They will be arranged in groups,  with a name,a badge and some allocated space.
They are going to write down a list of terms and vocabulary concerning their invention.
They are going to make a sample of it, together with and ad and, last but not least, if we do not run out of time, they will give it as a present to a local shop that sells items like theirs.
They are going to love it.
That's for sure!

It's rewarding when you realise music can still be used as that token in class to keep our little kids stamina levels up!
It will always be a kind of magic when a teacher worldwide gets into a class with the target to deal with 'will' and then kids start singing "We will we will rock you!' Pure class!

Explorers. 4°EPO

As you know, we have dealt with some explorers in our lessons in 4°.
One of them was Ernest Shackleton.
There are some news about an expedition that was focused on finding his ship, Endurance, under the ice, where it has been for a century, laid to rest.
Here I post a link to a kids friendly encyclopedia, where you will learn a lot about him.
